Greetings!

Here’s our latest update: 

Reimbursement Amount Process in Ali Seller Center is now updated!

 

We finally made our way in improving our reimbursement process to suit our Seller’s convenience.

Our Current Process:

 

Basically, the payment is made based on a delivered order, hence deducting the necessary charges.

Here comes the Good News!

Sellers now can review all the details from how much Lazada have credited to them with calculation included.  this will make it easier for us to do a report for credit/debit note.
