Ready-To-Ship Service Level Agreement (RTS SLA)

You’ll find a new column under your order management page called ‘RTS SLA’. This basically informs you of the date by when the order latest should be packed and ready for shipping out.

RTS SLA is now available in Seller Center under Orders > Manage Orders > Pending.

1. What is the current RTS SLA I have?
Your RTS SLA will be termed by the service level agreement that you have signed and agreed when you signed up with Lazada Malaysia.

2. Will my order get cancelled immediately after the order exceeds the RTS SLA?
Your order will not be cancelled immediately when it breaches the RTS SLA. However, the Lazada team will send you a reminder again before we proceed with cancellation.

3. Will there be any penalty in the form of money when my order exceeds the RTS SLA?
You will not get penalty charges for exceeding the RTS SLA. However, exceeding the RTS SLA will impact your Seller ratings because you are unable to fulfill your order within the SLA that you agreed with Lazada.
