SKU was rejected due to breach of Lazada product quality index (PQI)

Product Quality Index (PQI) is a matrix set up to evaluate the quality of all SKU on Lazada when it is reported directly by customer.  The data is collected from various main sources; Net Promoter Survey, Customer Service, Return, and Product Review.

How it works?

When customer file a report on any SKU, Lazada will monitor the product quality issue and measure it based on our standard quality threshold. If the SKU fails to meet the quality threshold, Lazada will put the SKU as temporary offline.

To reinstate the SKU, seller must submit their action plan for each SKU by contacting our Partner Support. After seller submission, Lazada will put the SKU through another round of quality control (QC) process to ensure that the issue has already been fixed before reactivation. However, Lazada will keep the SKU offline if the issue repeated.

Steps to follow for SKU reactivation:

  1. Contact our Partner Support
  2. Provide the following information:
  • Seller name
  • Seller Center ID
  • Lazada SKU
  • Seller SKU
  • Action plan
  • Date

Note: please attach Excel file for more than 1 SKU

  1. Our respective team will validate the actions and advise on the eligibility to reactivate the SKU
