The table below describes the various fees Lazada charges to merchants. It is also a compilation of the various types of transaction in our account statements

Gateway fee. It is a fee applicable for all online transaction (inclucing COD)- exclusive GST.
|2% from the unit price (Excluding GST)|
|Shipping fee||It is the of transporting packages from one location to another.||
Weight x Lazada rates = Shipping fee
(Merchant will bare RM5.00 for the first Kg)
|Commission fee||A payment made to Lazada for every succesfully delivered item to customers.||Unit price x Commission rate = Commission fee|
|Cancellation fee||A fee that will be charge to the merchant due to not fulfilling their order within timeframe (24 hours).||
Item price x commission rate x 2.5
(Minimum amount RM10 and maximum RM50 for every item).
Fake RTS :
Wrong fulfillment :
|RM53 (inclusive GST) for each item.|
|Return delivery fee||
Shipping fee that Lazada charge for item returns by the customer due to an error caused by the merchant.
Example : Wrong item, damaged/defective item
|The same amount from the return shipping charges.|
|Seller credit||A reimbursement to merchant due to an error from Lazada.||Merchant should get back the amount within 2-3 weeks from the date of dispute.|
|Shipping fee credit||Amount we transfer to sellers based on the extra fee that customers pays.||Merchant bare the first Kg (RM5.00) and customer pay for the remaining amount.|
|Commission credit||Commission amount we refund back to the seller based on successful return items.||The same amount of the commission fee of the return item.|
