  • Here is an explanation of the different warranty types that you may use in the seller center. 

    Warranty type

    Definition

    Local Manufacturer Warranty

    Defective items after Lazada's Return period should be Returned to any Authorized Warranty Center within the Philippines only

    International Manufacturer Warranty

    Defective items after Lazada's Return period should be Returned to any Authorized Warranty Center within the Philippines or outside the country.

    Local Supplier Warranty

    Defective items after Lazada's Return period should be Returned to the merchant from where the item was bought.

    Local Supplier Refund Warranty

    Defective items after Lazada's Return period should be Returned to the merchant from where the item was bought. If found that the item is broken due to a manufacturing defect refund will be initiated (Please note that for this warranty the merchant will not be doing any repairs)

    Lazada Refund Warranty Only

    Items bought from overseas that has proven manufacturing defects should be returned to Lazada for Refund of the entire amount.
