Why can’t I upload a branded product in Seller Center?

The message below will be prompt as the product(s) you are trying to create may be prohibited or may require further information:

  • You need to be authorized to sell this brand.
  • You can save the product, but changes will only be applied if the product is approved for sale on the platform.

You will still be able to upload the product, but the product will not be submitted to the content Quality Control (QC) process until approved.

When requested, please complete the general form form to provide the necessary information and documentation. The documentation provided should explain your relationship with the brand.

Upon submission of the form, we will assess your request and respond with the status of your request  within 3 - 5 working days.
